A wife, a sister, a daughter, a photographer, a lover of music, coffee and books; I find joy in the simple things in life. I’m the girl who loves the sweet sunshine light, the crisp fall air, scarves, my sweatshirt, and a glass of wine. Seriously, all of the above and I am a happy girl.
I live for the days that get my heart pumping with excitement. I live to bring a little light into other’s lives, in whatever way I can. I attended URI to learn all I could, and earned my BA in Psychology, and a second in Gender & Women’s Studies. I am the full time Residential Advocate & Outreach Coordinator for Sojourner House, a domestic violence advocacy agency here in Rhode Island. Advocacy, activism, and feminist thought and theory take up part of my heart, while photography expresses the genuine amazement I feel for life and human kind. I strive to capture all of this in my photographs, and to instill this inspiration in whoever I meet.
